How do I build a natal chart?

Open AstroGuru, tap "New Chart" and enter the date, time, and place of birth. The chart will be built automatically.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

How do I request my data?

Send a request to privacy@aliraglobal.com. We will respond within 15 business days.

How do I cancel a subscription?

iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
Android: Google Play > Subscriptions

The app is not working correctly

Please email support@aliraglobal.com with a description of the issue, your device model, and OS version. Screenshots help us resolve issues faster.

How to delete your account

You can delete your account in two ways:

Option 1 — In the app: Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Option 2 — Via email: Send a request to privacy@aliraglobal.com from the email address associated with your account. Include:

• Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
• The app name (AstroGuru or VEDA)
• Your registered email address

We will process your request within 15 business days. Upon deletion:

• Your account and profile data will be permanently removed
• Your natal charts and saved data will be deleted
• Your message history will be removed
• Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Apple or Google Play
